U.S.-origin polysilicon
We use U.S.-origin polysilicon, including material from Hemlock and Wacker. Certificates of Origin (COO) are available to substantiate the U.S. origin of our polysilicon feedstock.
End-to-end traceability
Our traceability system spans the entire production process. Every silicon wafer and every squared ingot can be traced back to its polysilicon source through detailed, credible documentation.

NOVA is wholly owned by Lao individuals. Founder and Chairwoman ນາງ ດວງມາລານັນທະວັງ holds 99% of the company’s shares.

Based on a legal opinion, and subject to the facts, assumptions and qualifications underlying that opinion, NOVA should not be considered a Prohibited Foreign Entity (PFE), as it should be neither a Specified Foreign Entity (SFE) nor a Foreign-Influenced Entity (FIE), as defined in Section 7701 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
